Interworld Team

The Interworld Team is the group of pricing, operations, customs and warehousing specialists at Interworld Freight. They work the lanes they write about every week: ocean, air and road freight between the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America and the rest of the world, from the Miami headquarters and the offices in Panama, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Guatemala and Chile.

Each article starts from the questions customers ask before they book: what a shipment costs, how long it takes, which documents customs will ask for and what can go wrong on the way.

How we write and check every article

• Facts are checked against official sources (customs administrations, port authorities and government regulations) and linked in the text.
• Prices come only from Interworld Freight's own published rates, with the date they apply to.
• Every article shows its publication date, and guides are revised when a regulation, tariff or service changes.
• Articles are reviewed by the operations team before they are published.
