How fast do I get my quote?
+
A real advisor answers within one business day, in English or Spanish, with straightforward ocean and air lanes priced in that reply; project cargo, charters and multi-country moves take longer because we price each leg with the carrier. You can also reach an advisor directly at +1 (646) 722-0968 or +1 (786) 550-0401, or write to info@interwf.com, instead of using the form.
What do you need from me to quote accurately?
+
Origin and destination (city, postal code or port), Incoterm, commodity and HS code if you have it, weight and dimensions or container type, cargo ready date, and anything special: hazardous goods with UN number, reefer temperature, out-of-gauge pieces or personal effects. A Harmonized System (HS) code lets the advisor confirm duty rates and permits, and exact dimensions let LCL volume be calculated in cubic meters (CBM).
Do you quote door to door?
+
Yes. The quote covers ocean, air or road freight plus inland pickup and delivery, customs clearance, export and import documentation, and cargo insurance when you ask for it. You get one price and one team accountable for the whole lane. Freight, inland trucking, customs clearance and insurance appear as separate lines on one quote, and the Miami headquarters is FTZ, bonded and CFS certified for cargo that needs storage.
Should I ship LCL or FCL?
+
Small volumes usually travel cheaper as LCL consolidation, and full loads as FCL. When your cargo sits on the border between the two we quote both options side by side so you can compare cost against transit time. A 20-foot container holds about 33 cubic meters and a 40-foot about 67 cubic meters, so cargo above roughly 15 cubic meters is usually worth pricing as FCL as well.
Which lanes do you cover?
+
We are the largest American-owned NVOCC on the southbound trade lane and we ship worldwide: our own offices in four countries plus 350+ people, with coverage across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Oceania, Latin America and the Caribbean. The team moves 30,000+ TEUs and 4.5M air kilos a year from a 300,000 sq ft Miami headquarters, and was founded there in 1992 with offices in the USA, Panama, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas.
Is the quote binding?
+
No. The quote is free and carries no obligation. It states the rate, the routing, the transit time and what is included, so you can compare it with anyone else before you book. Rates remain subject to space and equipment availability at the time of booking, so check the validity date printed on the quote.
