Interwf offers advanced climate-controlled warehousing for products that require more than temperature regulation. With precise control over both temperature and humidity, we protect the long-term preservation and compliance of high-value, sensitive goods across multiple industries.
Climate-controlled warehousing keeps stable environmental conditions, usually between 60–70 °F (15–21 °C) and 50–60% humidity, regardless of the weather outside. It combines HVAC, insulation and dehumidification systems to protect sensitive goods from degradation, moisture and temperature swings.
For pharmaceuticals, fine art, documents and textiles, humidity can be as damaging as heat. Our climate-controlled warehouses prevent mold, condensation and oxidation, so your products keep their structural integrity, functionality and value over extended periods.

| Climate-controlled | Temperature-controlled | |
|---|---|---|
| What it regulates | Temperature, humidity and air circulation | Heat levels only |
| Typical ranges | 60–70 °F (15–21 °C) and 50–60% humidity | Ambient, chilled or frozen zones |
| Protects against | Warping, corrosion, mold, condensation and biological decay | Heat and temperature swings |
| Cost | Usually higher, due to specialized equipment and energy use | Lower for basic ambient or chilled storage |
