Tell Dani the part, dimensions and export requirements: he matches the zone and prices storage, packing and shipping together.
Match my zone

How do you choose the zone?

Climate-stable if…

The part is metal and must keep its integrity without corrosion or oxidation.

Reinforced if…

The component is heavy, oversized or irregular, such as landing gear or fuselage sections.

Anti-static if…

You store avionics or electrical systems that static discharge could damage.

FAQ

Aerospace parts storage, answered

What manufacturers, OEMs and aviation suppliers ask before moving parts into our warehouse.
Ask us directly
or call +1 (646) 722-0968

Do you offer storage for military or defense-grade aerospace parts?

+
Yes. We can securely store military and defense-grade components under restricted access and export-control protocols, including ITAR compliance. ITAR, administered by the State Department's DDTC under 22 CFR Parts 120 to 130, controls items on the US Munitions List, and permanent exports generally need a DSP-5 license.

Can you accommodate oversized or non-standard components?

+
Absolutely. Our warehouses include reinforced zones and custom storage configurations for wings, fuselage sections and large assemblies. Components that exceed standard container dimensions ship on flat racks or open-top containers, or by air charter, so share exact dimensions and weight when you request a quote.

How do you ensure regulatory compliance for aerospace storage?

+
We operate under international logistics and export regulations, including FAA, ITAR and ISO standards, ensuring traceability and accountability for all aerospace goods. Civil aircraft parts normally travel with FAA Form 8130-3 (Airworthiness Approval Tag), and records keep each part traceable to its source.

Is the warehouse approved for export-controlled items (e.g., ITAR)?

+
Yes. Our facilities are structured to handle export-controlled materials, and our staff is trained in ITAR compliance and documentation. Dual-use parts fall under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR Parts 730 to 774) of the Commerce Department's BIS, so each part must be classified before it ships.

What documentation support do you provide for international shipments?

+
We prepare and manage all export packing lists, certificates of origin, airway bills and hazardous declarations when applicable. Exports are reported as Electronic Export Information in AES where required, such as shipments over $2,500 per Schedule B line or any licensed cargo.

Can I schedule inventory inspections or audits on-site?

+
Yes. Clients can arrange audits or inspections at any time, and we also provide detailed digital inventory reports for remote verification.

Is there assistance with reconditioning or repackaging of parts?

+
Yes. We offer repacking, relabeling and protective packaging for components requiring new export preparation or compliance updates. Hazardous items such as batteries or hydraulic fluid are packed and declared to IATA DGR (air) or IMDG (ocean) rules.

Which aerospace components do you store?

+
Engine parts and turbine components, aircraft hardware, fasteners and fittings, landing gear and hydraulic systems, and electrical systems and avionics equipment, each in its own storage zone. Climate-stable zones, corrosion control and anti-static packaging protect these components from contamination and static damage.
