Integration and onboarding - We connect your eCommerce platform (Shopify, VTEX, Magento, Amazon, MercadoLibre, or custom) to our OMS for real-time order and inventory synchronization. SKU mapping, product dimensions, and fulfillment rules are configured during setup.

Inventory receiving - Your products arrive at our Lima or Lurin fulfillment center and are inspected, counted, and entered into Korber Warehouse Edge WMS with SKU-level detail. Each item receives an optimized storage location based on velocity and product characteristics.

Order capture and processing - When a customer places an order on your store or marketplace, our OMS captures it instantly and creates a pick task in our WMS. Orders are queued based on delivery SLA, with Express 3-hour orders prioritized automatically.

Picking and packing - Pick to Light technology guides our team to the exact products, ensuring 99.99% accuracy. Orders are packed according to your specifications, including branded packaging, inserts, and protective materials.

Shipping and tracking - Our TMS selects the optimal carrier and route for each delivery. Tracking information is pushed back to your platform and shared with your customer automatically.

Returns processing - Our reverse logistics team processes 750+ return units daily, with inspection, restocking, and disposition workflows that update your inventory in real time.
